In the 11th of december of 2007, Conbras was awarded by Crea-RJ with the certificate Compliance with the Professional Practice.
This certificate recognizes Conbras's work at the compliance of all requirements and respect to the system's legislation and reinforces our commitment to the continuous quality improvement of our services.
The objective of the certificate is to highlight the technology companies , producers of goods and service providers, who attend to the questions of compliance with the professional when using the technical skills of the engineering professionals, architecture, agronomy, geology, geography and meteorology.
The certificate of Compliance with the Professional Practice is applied to the activities developed in the three sectors of economy, where the intervention of the Confea/Crea's system's profissionals is necessary
Crea-RJ awards the certificate to the companies that follow the following requirements:
- Company´s registration;
- Even company's annuity;
- Technical officer for each professional modality;
- Design of all works and / or services provided by the company;
- Regularity of the technical staff of the company in Crea-RH, i.e , all the company's mid and upper level professionals performing activities under the jurisdiction of Confea/Crea's system
1. Registration of each technical staff's professional of the company in Crea-RJ.
2. Compatibility between the services provided by the professionals of the technical staff and their legal duties.
3. Design and function of each office's professional technical staff and technical experts.
4. Even annuity of each professional.
5. Compliance with the federal law 4.950-A/66, with regard to the professional minimum wage. |
